Casablanca

Begin your tour of Morocco when you arrive at Casablanca Airport and are met by your Berber Treasures driver guide at the scheduled complimentary group airport transfer time. Your Morocco tour gets underway this afternoon with a city tour to Casablanca’s principal sights including Hassan II Mosque, La Corniche and Mohammed V Plaza.Overnight in Casablanca hotel.

Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fez

Depart Casablanca for Morocco’s imperial city of Rabat, the capital of the Moroccan Kingdom and a UNESCO world heritage site. In Rabat tour the city’s sights including Oudaia Kasbah, the Hassan Tower, the Mohammed V Mausoleum. Make your way past the Royal Palace (Mechouar) as you head to the ancient Necropolis of Chellah, situated in the ruins of the Moroccan Roman town of Sala Collonia. Continue your Morocco travel explorations visiting the UNESCO world heritage 17th century imperial city of Meknes. Tour Meknes seeing the famous massive gate of Bab el Mansour, the main entrance the Alaouite sultan, Mouly Ismails’s 17th century city and the Agdal Basin. Before reaching Fez travel to the ancient Roman town of Volubilis. The ancient ruins are impressive particularly for their world renowned marvellous mosaics and buildings remains including the Basilica and Triumphal Arch. Reaching the medieval city of Fez tonight you can enjoy one of the many beautiful Moroccan riads in Fez. Overnight in Fez riad.

Fez

Full-day heritage tour of Fez city, one of Morocco’s oldest imperial cities, with your expert local Fez travel guide. Visit the UNESCO world heritage old walled medina, where you find treasures such as Madrasa Bou Inania, the Kairaouine Mosque, bazaars and souks including the famous leather tanneries and Souk Ain Allou as well as Souk Attarine (spices) and Souk au Henne (henna and kohl)). In Fes el Jdid, the Dar el Makhzen (Royal Palace) stands next to the enormous Merenid gate of Bab Dekakene, formerly the main entrance of the royal palace, the Mellah (old Moroccan Jewish heritage quarter). Fes – Ifrane (Middle Atlas Mountains) – Beni-Mellal – Ouzoud

Continue your Morocco tour heading via Ifrane past Azrou, through the Middle Atlas Mountains passing cedar and pine forests. Continue via the Middle Atlas Mountains’ south-western foothill towns of Khenifra and Beni-Mellal as you travel to Ouzoud. Overnight in Ouzoud area riad. (Breakfast)

Ouzoud – Marrakech

Take in the panorama views of Morocco’s highest waterfall, the 110 metre Cascade d’Ouzoud. Then travel to Marrakech, completing your tour of Morocco’s imperial cities.
